Everett Fire Department

Everett has a new American-LaFrance in service as Engine 5.

From the Everett Firefighters website:

2003 American LaFrance Eagle with 134" flat roof cab

500 HP Detroit 60 Series diesel engine

Allison 4000 5 speed automatic transmission

Hale QMAX 2000 GPM single stage pump with Electronic Fire Commander controls

500 gallon water tank

2 - 50 gallon foam tanks with Foam Pro system, capable of flowing foam from both rear discharges, deck gun, and front bumper "trash line"

Air conditioned cab, with auxiliary A/C unit for defrosting entire cab

31' Long, with a 174" wheelbase, 11.9 degree angle of departure

Eastside Fire & Rescue

Eastside Fire & Rescue had opened a new fire station in the Issaquah Highlands in the fall of 2003.  They were using "borrowed" apparatus initially until their new vehicles arrived.  Eastside has a new engine as Engine 73 and a new aid unit as Aid 73.

Renton Fire Department/King County Fire District 25

The Renton Fire Department has a new E-One engine in service as Engine 16.  The apparatus was purchased by King County Fire District 25.

Auburn Fire Department

A new Pierce Quantum has been spotted in the Auburn area.

City of Sea-Tac Fire Department

A new Pierce Quantum has been seen with graphics for the City of Sea-Tac.  It appears that it will be assigned to Station 46.
Bothell Fire Department

The Bothell Fire Department has a new 2004 Sutphen 100ft mid-mount platform.  It is in service as Truck 42.
