California - Day 2 |

The route for Day 2 took us to
the Mumm Napa Winery and the
Culinary Institute of
America (CIA) before returning to the Yountville Inn. We
toured the sparking wine making operation at Mumm Napa and watched a
cooking demo at the CIA. Returning to the Yountville Inn, Alexis
and I returned to Mumm Napa for a wine tasting. Alexis and I ate
dinner at Domain Chandon.
